Delivery policy

We outsource our delivery operations to one of our partners and we ensure to give their delivery team the right training and packaging to ensure that our products are delivered without any issues.

In the rare occasion that a product is damaged please send us a picture of the damaged product to the branch you ordered from. They will then contact you to offer either a replacement of the same or another product of your choice or offer you a full refund
